Registration
Access to the service is possible through the user area of the site www.ripellsrl.com, which can be accessed by registering.
Registration and, consequently, the order can only be made by persons at least 18 years of age (pursuant to art. 3 of the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree no. 206/2005) and holders of a valid e-mail address that, at the time of ordering, declare to meet the requirements.
The Customer is required to read carefully the General Conditions that have been made available to him on the site, in order to allow the knowledge as well as the storage and reproduction by the customer pursuant to Article 12, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70 (“Implementation of Directive 2000/31/EC on certain legal aspects of information society services in the internal market, with particular reference to electronic commerce” – hereinafter, “Ecommerce Decree”).
The customer, at the time of conclusion of the purchase, expressly accepts all the conditions included in this contract. Each order is governed by the following general conditions of sale.
General conditions of sale
Access to the Services is possible by consulting the site www.ripellsrl.com and registering to the same through a wizard for access to your user area. The data collected through the registration to the site will be treated in full compliance with current legislation.

Purchase
Purchase procedure
If you want to buy a product already in the gallery you just have to proceed by clicking on the button “Add to cart”.
After adding the products to the cart you will be guided by an automatic procedure for the registration of the order, during which all the essential characteristics of the goods will be indicated, the price (including taxes and duties), the delivery costs, the methods of payment and delivery of the goods.
To confirm the order, the customer is required to read the Privacy Policy and this document of the General Conditions of Sale and accept all parts.
The final confirmation of the order will be made by payment.
Once the order has been received, ripellsrl.com will send the receipt, complete with all the order information, by e-mail and will execute it. The customer can check from his user area.
In the event of orders that do not comply with the obligations assumed by the user through this document (missed orders, incorrect or false statements) ripellsrl.com reserves the right not to execute them.
The order is confirmed within 48 hours from the date of transmission to the site.
As soon as payment is confirmed, it will be possible to request a digital copy of the invoice via the user area, which will be sent by e-mail and will remain available to the user for one year from the date of issue.
Availability of products
In case of unavailability of the product or service after the transmission of the order, the user will be informed by e-mail of the impossibility to proceed and the consequent cancellation of the order itself. The refund will be made by the same method of payment used by the user for the completion of the order, in case of payment by cash on delivery, the refund will be by bank transfer.
Purchase restrictions
For all purchases made on ripellsrl.com there are limitations on the number of products that can be ordered per item or per order. If, due to an error for which the seller is not responsible, a confirmation is sent to the customer that the restrictions have been violated, we reserve the right to cancel the order and, following a communication to the user, to refund any amount already paid.
Methods of payment
You can choose to pay by bank transfer or cash on delivery or by bank transfer to the following coordinates:

For payments by bank transfer, the order will be considered confirmed only after the approval of the bank payment centers.
According to the provisions of the Privacy Policy, available on the dedicated page, accessible at the bottom of the main page of the site, www.ripellsrl.com does not store bank details to ensure greater security of the processing of personal data.
For payments by cash on delivery, possible only for deliveries in Italy, the customer will be required to pay the amount of the order in contacts directly to the courier, in the case of orders of € 3,000.00 or more, payment must be made exclusively by bank draft made out to the Courier, the amount will include, where applicable, shipping costs and the cost of COD service of € 5.00.
The delivery of the goods by the courier will be subject to payment of the amount due. If the customer does not make the payment, the Courier will not deliver the goods and the customer will still be charged the cost of sending and returning the goods to the sender.
The user is required to record and print the payment data if he wishes to keep the details of his bank transaction.
Shipping
Within 3-5 working days from the confirmation of payment, the products will be shipped to the delivery address indicated by the user during the order process.
In case of payment by bank transfer the product will be shipped from the moment of receipt of the transfer.
The user will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment to the e-mail address when the package is picked up from our warehouses.
Delivery
The delivery, insured throughout the country, will be made by courier.
Shipping in Italy is free, while in the rest of the world the costs of delivery are 30 euros.
Delivery times may vary due to force majeure, not exceeding the maximum period of 30 days established by the Consumer Code, unless otherwise communicated to the user. The user can follow the progress of its shipment through the services promoted by the courier in charge. On delivery will be required the signature of the customer or a delegate who has already completed
18 years of age. Delivery to P.O. boxes is not possible. If the customer is absent at the address indicated, a notice of transfer will be deposited in the letterbox. After the second passage, the parcel will be available at the carrier’s premises for 10 days. If it is not collected, it will be returned to our registered office. The Customer Service will contact the user for a possible new shipment at his expense and in the absence of a response within 30 days will proceed to the forced cancellation.
It is recommended that the customer check the shipment at the time of delivery and make the relevant assessments and refuse the package if there is evidence of deterioration. Considerations in this regard must be indicated on the bill of

Returns
Ripell Srl wishes to guarantee complete customer satisfaction.
We hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase from ripellsrl.com, however we understand that you may wish to return the product.
The user has the possibility to request the return of the purchased products within 14/fourteen working days from the date of delivery without any particular reason or in any case in the cases contemplated in the heading Guarantees of this document. Ripell Srl guarantees the right of withdrawal for items sold on the site www.ripellsrl.com
According to Legislative Decree 21/2014, the right of withdrawal is exercisable within 14 days of receipt of the product purchased.
The application of art. 55 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005) relating to cases of exclusion of this right remains unaffected.
The products in respect of which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised will in any case be indicated to the user at the time of sale on the product description sheet.
If the user decides to exercise the right of withdrawal, he must send an e-mail by e-mail to sales.ripellsrl@gmail.com containing:
a) the order confirmation number communicated at the time of purchase;
b) the manifestation of willingness to exercise the right of withdrawal or return;
c) the code of the products for which the customer wants to exercise the right of withdrawal;
d) the IBAN code, if the payment was made by bank transfer.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, Ripell Srl will refund the customer for the full amount already paid in relation to the method of payment made by the customer, net of shipping costs, within 14 days from the date of withdrawal of the product.
The costs of returning the products are borne by the customer, including any taxes and customs duties. Any costs incurred by the customer for the return will not be refundable.
The product must be returned:
– correctly packed in its original packaging, in perfect condition of resale (not damaged, damaged or dirty) and equipped with all its accessories;
– equipped with the appropriate seal of warranty not detached from the product to be returned, in case of need to test the product must leave the seal of warranty intact to avoid the impossibility of return;
– with the Transport Document (present in the original packaging) in order to allow Ripell Srl to identify the order number and the name, surname and address of the user;
– without clearly highlighting signs of use if not those compatible with the performance of a test of the same: the products must not therefore bear any trace of prolonged use exceeding the time necessary for a test and must not be in a state
so as not to allow their resale.
The costs of returning the product will be borne by the user. These expenses shall be verified with the customer service of Ripell Srl.
In the event that the return request is justified by a proven shipping error, or the product has obvious manufacturing defects (in order to ascertain which you are required to attach the photos certifying the manufacturing defect on the product), the costs of returning the product as well as those for any delivery of a new product will be borne by Ripell Srl provided that the items are returned by the customer unused, unused and undamaged, and accompanied by the original invoice, and with the institutional packaging Ripell Srl.
Since this is an artisan product, defects will not be considered, such as non-homogeneous shades of colour, small imperfections of the leather or small marks on the bag due to the artisan’s workmanship.
The user will receive a refund of the costs incurred within 14 days of receipt of the request for withdrawal and the actual receipt of the product, in accordance with the above conditions.
The refund will be made by the same method of payment used by the user for the completion of the order, in case of payment by cash on delivery, the refund will be by bank transfer.
It is recommended to ship the products to be returned using the same courier, ensuring the full amount of the goods, and taking care to receive a shipping number to allow you to track it.
Ripell Srl will not be responsible for the refund or compensation for products shipped by the customer that have never been received by Ripell Srl due to loss, theft or damage that are not attributable to the same Ripell Srl.
In the case of return referred to above, the consumer must return the products purchased to the seller at its headquarters (Via Celentane, 52 – 83029 Solofra – AV), within 14 days from the date on which he communicated his decision to receive the goods.
Warranty
All products that can be purchased on the site ripellsrl.com are made in Italy and made with the best materials and artificially packaged.
The products on display are photographed on the site as closely as possible to reality. However, taking into account the objective virtual nature of the presentation, it is possible that the user’s perception of the representation does not fully correspond to the product considered. The textual description of the product will in any case prevail over the graphic representation.
In the case of delivery of a non-compliant product, the user has the right to exchange or return, with any compensation, according to his preference, by contacting us at the e-mail address sales.ripellsrl@gmail.com The originality and integrity of each of our products is ensured by the seal of guarantee affixed.
The above guarantees are void if the products are subject to modification, repair and/or manipulation by the user or third parties, not authorized by the supplier.
Furthermore, the warranty is excluded for apparent defects as well as for products damaged during transport or due to misuse.
Errors and modifications
Ripell Srl undertakes to provide constantly updated information in the sections of the site relating to the description and / or sale of products.
However, it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of errors: the pages of the site in question may contain typing errors, inaccuracies or omissions, for example relating to the price, availability of products and the relevant information sheets.
Ripell Srl reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to modify or update the information at any time without prior notice.
Changes to these terms
Ripell Srl reserves the right to modify the present conditions of sale.
The new versions of which will be published on the website and can be consulted under the heading “General Conditions of Sale”.

Unauthorized use

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and will therefore be interpreted and executed in accordance with it.
In the event of any dispute, the user must first contact Ripell Srl in order to reach an amicable solution.
For disputes arising from the interpretation, validity and/or execution of these general conditions of sale, the mandatory territorial jurisdiction will be the Court of the place of residence of the company.
